Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. A trader is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of the Contract and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with The Nerdvana Store.
By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for those products. You may initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language and Storage of the Contract Text
The languages available for concluding the contract are German and English.
We do not store the contract text.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge.
4.2 Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
We only deliver by shipping. Collection of the goods in person is unfortunately not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Advance Payment
If you select advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and dispatch the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit Card
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after you submit your order.
SEPA Direct Debit
By submitting your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will notify you of the date on which your account will be debited at least one banking day in advance (known as prenotification). A banking day is any working day except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and 24 and 31 December of each year. Your account will be debited before the goods are dispatched.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount through the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, log in using your credentials and confirm the payment instruction. PayPal processes the payment transaction immediately after the order is submitted. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence over whether these methods are offered. Any additional payment methods offered individually concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
6. Statutory Warranty and Guarantees
6.1 Statutory Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information about any additional guarantees that may apply, including their exact terms and conditions, can be found with the respective product and on dedicated information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
