We are in a space that has been traditionally dominated by spreadsheets, by people trying to manage things manually and it’s very difficult for organizations to move away from that because they're used to it. They've been doing it for many years and even though it creates a lot of inefficiencies, it creates a lot of problems, it creates a lot of risk, it's still something that they're comfortable with. And so our biggest challenge is to help organizations understand that there's a better way to do things, that there's a better way to manage their business, to manage their operations, to manage their risk, to manage their compliance and that they can do it in a way that is more efficient, more effective and more secure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat's your proudest moment as CEO?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI think the proudest moment for me as CEO is really seeing the impact that we're having on our customers. When we get feedback from our customers, when they tell us how much our solution has helped them, how much it has improved their business, how much it has made their lives easier, that's really what motivates me and that's really what I'm most proud of. And it's not just about the financial results, it's not just about the growth, it's really about the impact that we're having on our customers and that's something that I'm very passionate about.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat's one thing you wish you knew when you started your company?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI think one thing I wish I knew when I started my company is how difficult it is to build a great team. It's not just about hiring people, it's about building a culture, it's about building a team that is passionate, that is committed, that is aligned with the vision and the mission of the organization. And that's something that takes a lot of time, a lot of effort and a lot of dedication. And it's something that I'm still learning every day, but it's something that I wish I had a better understanding of when I first started the company.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI think the advice I would give to aspiring entrepreneurs is to be passionate about what you're doing, to be committed to your vision, to your mission and to your goals. And to be persistent, because it's not going to be easy, there are going to be a lot of challenges, a lot of obstacles, a lot of setbacks. But if you're passionate, if you're committed, if you're persistent, you'll eventually achieve your goals. And to also be open to learning, to be open to feedback, to be open to adapting, because the world is constantly changing and you need to be able to adapt to those changes. And to also build a great team around you, because you can't do it alone, you need to have a team that is passionate, that is committed, that is aligned with your vision and your mission.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat are your plans for the future of your company?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur plans for the future of our company are to continue to grow, to continue to innovate, to continue to expand our market reach and to continue to deliver value to our customers. We are very focused on becoming the leader in our space and we believe that we have the right team, the right technology, the right vision to achieve that. And we're also very focused on expanding our global presence, because we believe that there's a huge opportunity for us to help organizations around the world manage their business, manage their operations, manage their risk and manage their compliance.
